In 1982, Patricia Plunkett and Ank van der Tuin opened
the original Liaison in Solihull and the restaurant has
been exciting diners with its imaginative food ever since.
Using a wide variety of subtle flavours and textures
the dishes are presented in Liaison’s signature
contemporary style.  Having once sampled the food,
diners return to Liaison time after time.

The recipes, which blend tradition and innovation, are
created by the Liaison’s exciting and enthusiastic young
team under the experienced guidance of Chef Patron,
Patricia Plunkett.
